These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jobys mobile app. By signing in or using jobys, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

What jobys is

jobys is a marketplace connecting job seekers and employers. jobys is not the employer for user-posted listings. Work arrangements are between users.

Accounts and conduct

You must be at least 13 (or the legal minimum age where you live). Keep your Google account secure. Do not post illegal or misleading listings, harass others, scam, spam, or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Deposits and listing fees

Employer deposits are in-app credit for listing fees (currently 1 000 XOF per job). Adding funds updates an internal ledger; it is not a real Mobile Money or bank transfer processed by jobys. Listing fees are generally non-refundable once published.

Disclaimers and liability

jobys is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or outcomes of job matches. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited as described in the full in-app Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Togo. Courts in Lomé, Togo have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
